The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics proposes the construction of a new building to centralize and increase operational efficiency for functions currently undersized and housed in various locations across the Stephen M. Ross Athletic Campus. A building of approximately 18,000 gross square feet located south of Stadium Boulevard on State Street is planned that will accommodate maintenance shops, offices, laundry, shipping and receiving, and equipment storage.
